Constantin Stan M.D. was born in 1956 in Romania and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iasi, Romania in 1982 Dr. Constantin Stan was trained in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at UMF Bucharest and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Emergency Hospital "Floreasca" Bucharest, the Plastic Surgery Department. He is board certified in both Head and Neck and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is fellow of many scientific societies, including Romanian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, French Society of Aesthetic Surgery, Romanian Society of Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery, ISAPS Society and IPRAS Society. He has also obtained his PhD in medicine with a paper about The Role of Radiofrequency in Plastic Surgery for Face and Body. Being English, French and Italian speaker, over the years, Dr. Constantin Stan has been invited at many international congresses and workshops, he has presented a number of aesthetic surgery topics, including breast augmentation, and facial aesthetic surgery. He has published numerous papers and chapters and also he has presented multiple plastic surgery lectures at international level. Cronos Med by dr. Constantin Stan (Cronos Institute), with anti-aging and regenerative medicine profile, opened in 2017, and extended in 2019 - Bucharest.
Dr. Constantin Stan has a number of patents and innovations to his name including the Mono RF Stan Forceps for breast surgery (Ellman International INC.), and Biodynamic Planning Consulting System Computer assisting in Breast Augmentation (former C.A.I.S.). In 2009, Dr. Stan has developed the most advanced breast implant in the world, named Diagon Gel 4 Two, with the German company Polytech. Dr. Constantin Stan has an extensive experience of anatomical breast implants for augmentation. He has developed new techniques for use in clinical breast implant surgery (multiplane / multilayers Pocket Dissection), and combination of fat transfer and breast implants for aesthetic breast reconstruction. Further, he is active educating plastic surgeons around the Europe and abroad on the new level of breast augmentation. Dr. Constantin Stan has received awards for his contributions to the improvement of aesthetic surgery from the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (Yokohama 2005) the South American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (Buenos Aires, 2003), IMCAS and ISAPS.
